Shipping and Returns

We understand that there may be times that you are disappointed with the color or the product itself or you may have not needed as much paint as you ordered, you can return your products to us.

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days a 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • If an exchange needs to be made, please clearly mark your full name and order number as well as what color you would like to exchange the paint for on the outside of the package. We may need to charge for shipping depending on the situation.
  • When returning merchandise please clearly mark your full name and the order number on the outside of the package.
  • We highly suggest delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail or for shipping fees.
  • Please read directions for usage and storage. Used cans improperly stored will not spray properly.

Shipping Times:

Orders before noon are shipped same day or following business day other than on weekends and holidays. If you need for a shipment to be shipped right away, please email office@devalproducts.com and if we can we will hel you out.  Fabric Spray Paint is in pressurized cans so it can normally only be shipped via ground services, which can take up to 7 days to arrive, depending upon where you live. We now offer USPS shipping service which is cheaper than UPS but also takes longer to arrive depending on where you live. For example, if you are in California it may take 7-10 days to arrive from Rhode Island.   We do not ship internationally, other than ground services (Canada and Mexico) but can help you out with finding a distributor in your area.  If you do pick USPS as your shipping service, we can not guarentee arrival as we have seen in the past many packages have been delivered and have stated so with tracking but have seemed to have gone lost. For this reason we have solely sipped with UPS but have gotten complaints on the pricing so have decided to offer Postal as an option. We can not fight USPS with lost claims and is at your own risk if you chose them for your shipments.
